However, traditional real estate development in these densely-populated communities typically provides value directly to large real estate development firms and not the individual homeowner in a meaningful and measurable way.
We believe there’s a better approach to building communities equitably - providing value not only for the large real estate development firm - but also providing value to the homeowner.
Our model provides value directly to the homeowner through the increased property value, the creation of a revenue-generating rental unit, and a monthly revenue share.
